In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" - the website pelvike.com and all related services
• "User" - any natural or legal person who accesses the Platform
• "Investor" - a registered User who participates in crowdfunding projects
• "Project" - a real estate project available for crowdfunding investment through the Platform

Pelvike d.o.o. operates a real estate crowdfunding platform that enables users to participate in financing real estate projects in Croatia. The Platform serves as an intermediary between project holders and investors. Pelvike d.o.o. does not guarantee return on investment or profit generation.

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity under the laws of the Republic of Croatia
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Have a valid email address and internet access

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform exclusively for lawful purposes
• Not share your account access data with third parties
• Provide accurate data and update it in a timely manner
• Not use automated systems or software to access the platform without our written permission
• Not interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the platform

Investing in real estate through crowdfunding carries inherent risks. Before making any investment, carefully consider the following:

• The value of investments can rise and fall, and there is a possibility of losing part or all of the investment
• Past performance does not guarantee future returns
• Real estate investments are illiquid, and you may not be able to withdraw funds before the project is completed
• Pelvike d.o.o. does not provide investment advice and does not guarantee return on investment

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio recordings, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Pelvike d.o.o. or its content providers and is protected by Croatian intellectual property laws and international conventions.

Pelvike d.o.o. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Pelvike d.o.o. reserves the right to suspend or close a user account in case of violation of these Terms, provision of inaccurate information, or attempted fraud. The user may close their account at any time by sending a request to info@pelvike.com, provided there are no active investments.

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The competent court in Zagreb, Republic of Croatia, shall have jurisdiction over all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms.

Pelvike d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform or by email at least 30 days before the amended Terms take effect.
